Over the past 25 years Therma-Tron-X, Inc. has installed hundreds
of monorail E-coat, autodeposition, powder and liquid paint systems
throughout all of North America, including Canada and Mexico.
Monorail Paint System
TTX's monorail systems washers and E-coat tanks can utilize both
spray and immersion stages. For immersion tanks we have designed
and developed SpiraFlow which offer many over conventional tanks,
including:
No inherent dead spots or settling of paint solids
Proper circulation with a minimum of surface disturbance
Elimination of damaging foam deposits
Allows 100% draining capability for easier cleaning, maintenance
and loose part removal.
The advantage of this technology is optimized throwing power by
enhancing circulation between the parts. Chemical and paint flow
is split equally between dual circulation pumps, giving Therma-Tron-X
monorail tanks up to three times the filtration rate of other electrocoating
systems.
