Multiple-speed lift and travel
programmed hoists from Therma-Tron-X are custom designed to handle
the heaviest workloads for a wide variety of industrial finishing
processes: rack or barrel plating, cleaning and zinc or iron phosphating,
electrocoating, autodeposition coating, adhesive application and paint
dip coating.
Programmed Hoist
Dependable PLC computer hardware monitors and manages
your entire hoist process. Options include automatic chemical and
paint feeds, auto start-up shutdown /alarm management and process
information download and analysis.
Complete water conditioning and wastewater treatment capabilities
are available from TTX Environmental. Therma-Tron-X programmed hoists
are fabricated, programmed and tested in our shop before shipment.
Our programmers will then visit your site to ensure that all equipment
is functioning properly.
Once your programmed hoist is up and running, we offer complete
service capabilities - including remote diagnostics and programming
adjustments via modem.
