The TTX Econ-E-Coat is a complete E-coat finishing system in a portable package. This machine is specifically designed to be easily movable many times during its life.

This complete system includes:
Overall machine shipping size - 15 feet by 15 feet by 70 feet long- one semi-trailer load.
Automatic transfer from load/unload carousel to the SST material handling system
Automated SST material handling system integrated into the finishing machine

400 lb. load capacity per rack
Coating capacity- 100 square feet per load, 2000 square feet per hour
A five to eight-stage iron-phosphate or zirconium-based immersion pretreatment system
Immersion cathodic e-coat paint application with ultra-filtration, temperature control and rectifier
Automatic paint feed based on square-feet of surface processed
3-stage re-circulated immersion post rinse
Sliding glass-enclosed pretreatment, e-coat and post-rinse section with powered exhaust system for fume and safety control
Bottom-entry cure oven mounted above the tank section with dehydration zone
Forced-air cooling tunnel
Integrated utility area for hydraulic unit
PLC controlled with color HMI touchscreen.
Available Support equipment can include:
A batch or continuous-flow wastewater treatment system
An RO water generation unit
Automatic chemical feed for the pretreatment section
A process document package as part of the PLC for report writing and raw data storage
