A Therma-Tron-X
System Documentation Package can save your business money and
assist in ISO 9000 compliance by monitoring
resource usage 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Crucial operating
parameters are automatically measured and documented, providing
a visual representation of how well your system is performing today
- as well as how it performed at any time in the past.
The software
also compiles information on resources indirectly associated
with your finishing operation - such as maintenance
expenses and labor costs for operators and line personnel. Each
rack of product can be tracked through the system, allowing for
average process cost calculations and review of system parameters
during any historical period.
Temperatures.
Generates graphs for temperature sensitive areas such as heated
pretreatment stages, electrocoating tank and oven zones.
Alarms.
Logs every alarm with date and time of activation. Monitoring alarm
occurrences and frequencies can help to limit product rework and
also determine what areas may need maintenance for optimal performance.
Labor/Maintenance/Parts.
Manual data entry into the software once per shift allows these
expenses to be included in calculations of system operating costs.
Productivity.
With data on square footage and process time automatically stored,
the documentation software can calculate system operating costs
by the hour, shift, day or other time interval. This allows you
to determine exactly what it costs to process parts during
any given time frame by entering the associated maintenance and
labor data. The software can even help to determine the finishing
expense for any individual part type.
The Therma-Tron-X
Documentation Package is a complete system and includes a Gateway
or Dell computer with Allen-Bradley hardware which connects to your
finishing system's PLC. A color Hewlett-Packard printer is included
for printing hard copies of reports and graphs.
Package software
has easy to understand screens for manual entry of part number,
labor and maintenance information. Also included are data entry
screens for system logs such as Pretreatment Titration Results,
Paint Tests, Reverse Osmosis Water Quality, Wastewater Treatment,
Bagfilter & Ultrafilter Pressure and Heat Exchanger Data.
